摘    要:用V/F转换器实现A/D转换在微机控制的测量领域中应用相当广泛,但使用常规的测量方法,其测量精度和速度都较低,限制了V/F转换器的使用范围。本文通过巧妙应用AT89C52单片机中T2的特殊功能,集测量频率和测量周期为一体,成功地解决了上述矛盾,有效地提高了V/F转换的测量精度和测量速度。

Abstract:Using V/F-converter( VFC) to realize the A/D transfer is widely applied in the microcomputer-controlled measurement field. But, because of the low measurement precision and speed of common method, it limited the application area of the V/F converter. In this paper, based on investigating the special function of T2 in single chip microcom-puter(AT89C52) , the integrated method of measuring the frequency and the circle was developed , then, the measurment precision and the speed of the V/F conversion was improved effectively.
