| 摘 要： | 近红外光谱技术作为一种新型的分析检测技术,正在获得越来越广泛的应用。本文阐述了近红外光谱技术的基本原理、具体检测步骤和国内近红外光谱技术在牛奶及乳制品质量分析方面应用的最新研究进展。对目前研究存在的问题进行了分析,对以后进一步的研究进行了展望,并提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | As a new analysis technique,the Near-infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS)has found wider and wider applications.The basic principle and detection process of NIRS and the latest research progress of the application of domestic NIRS in quality analysis of milk and its diary products are presented.The problems in current research is analyzed,the future research is forecasted and some suggestions are put forward. |
