强酸型离子交换膜催化合成草酸二异戊酯

摘    要:以HF-101强酸型离子交换膜力催化剂,由草酸与异戊醇为原料合成了草酸二异戊酯,考察醇酸摩尔比,反应时间,催化剂用量对酯化率的影响。最佳合成条件为:醇酸摩尔比3:1,反应时间3.5h,催化剂用量2.0g,反应温度为回流温度。在此条件下,酯化率达90.6%。催化剂重复使用7次,酯化率仍达81.17%。

Abstract:Diisopentyl oxalate was synthesized by the esterification of oxalic acid and isopentyl alcohol in the presence of HF-101 strong acidic ion exchange membrane. The effects of reaction time,amount of the catalyst, and molar ratio of alcohol/acid on the esterification were investigated.The esterification yield was up to 90.6% under the optimum condition. The esterification yield was still up to 81.1% after the catalyst was reused 7 times.
