摘    要:为了将新型“钻井”固井液应用于现场,美国壳牌石油公司及几个其它石油公司的一批科研开拓者,在多功能钻井液(UF)性能、胶凝浆特性、泥饼固化、界面胶结等方面作了大量的实验工作,实验研究手段和方法主要是实验室模拟和评估技术,研究设计出一套非常规应用的实验方法。试验包括可装卸滤失岩心的抗压强度和剪切胶结强度实验、激活剂的扩散实验、水平井大型井筒模拟实验和高温高压剪切胶结实验。介绍了新型“钻井”固井液在国内外的现场应用情况以及它的技术优势。

Abstract:To promote the field using of novel "drilling" cementing fluid, lots of researchers from Shell Oil Company and other oil companies did vast amount of experimental work, mainly on the performances of universal drilling fluid (UF), gelling slurry characteristics, mud cake solidification and interface cementation, etc. A set of unconventional testing methods were developed, with the help of laboratory simulating and evaluating technology. Such tests included the compressing strength and shearing cementation strength tests of filtering core, expanding test of activator, simulating test in the large-scale horizontal hole, and HTHP shearing cementation test. Field using of the novel "drilling" cementing fluid at home and abroad, together with its technical advantages were presented.
