摘    要:通过试验和理论分析,研究不同几何参数的岩石粗糙裂隙渗流的非达西系数β、临界雷诺数Rec、非达西效应因子E等变化特性。研制裂隙渗流试验仪器,制作9个不同开度和裂隙粗糙度(joint roughness coefficient, JRC)的单裂隙模型,开展大范围雷诺数Re条件下粗糙裂隙渗流试验。根据渗流试验结果,得到了不同粗糙度(JRC=2~20)单裂隙的渗流特性,显示出粗糙度对裂隙的非线性渗流特性产生显著的影响。结合Forchheimer方程,从理论参数方面,对粗糙度的影响进行量化。研究显示:裂隙粗糙度越大,则越容易引起裂隙渗流的非线性,临界雷诺数越小,非线性作用越强。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of the sweet potato wastewater which has high COD and better biodegradability, ABR is used to treat it in this paper. In the experiment process, the start up of ABR and the feature of granular sludge were studied; the characteristics of hydrolysis acidification process and controlling approaches in an anaerobic baffled reactor were found out; the treatment effect of ABR in different HRT was analysized and the best operation condition in treating sweet potato starch wastewater was presented. It is shown: the reactor was started up during 20 days by using granular anaerobic sludge as seed sludge; the best HRT of reactor is 60h, and the removal ratio of COD is 94.3%; in order to ensure ABR having higher removal ratio, the biggest organic loading of ABR is 12.0 kg/(m3·d); by taking the measure of adjusting alkaline and decreasing organic load together, methanogenic of sludge is gradually recovering after continuous 20 days.
