| Abstract: | The development of dry farming must rely on science technique progress to raise effectively using precipitation.On the basis of actively applying traditional technique of dry farming and around raising rate of using precipitation and water application efficiency,the combining hi-tech with conventional technique must be strengthened,the technique of rainwater harvesting and utilization must be popularized emphatically. |
