| 摘 要： | 高温灭菌是固体物料发酵的关键过程之一。针对规模化生产中高温灭菌的特点,文中设计了大容量高温蒸汽灭菌罐,研究了其传热性能,优化了灭菌压力和灭菌保温时间。研究表明,该型式的灭菌罐结构简单,温度升降快,灭菌效果好,安全,节能。

| Abstract: | Heat sterilization is one of the key of solid ferment.Aiming at the heat sterilization in mass-production,the new heat steam sterilization was developed.The heat transmission was studied,the pressure and time of sterilization was optimized.This simple-structured tank can be easily conducted with effective sterilization and saves energy with rapid steaming. |
