汽车零部件装配车间人力资源优化配置支持系统研究

摘    要:针对汽车零部件装配车间多生产线和多生产任务模式下,人力资源优化配置和动态管理困难等问题,结合制造执行系统等先进管理思想,设计和开发了一套能够支持车间生产工位和操作工人动态匹配、生产任务和生产人员优化配置的汽车零部件制造企业装配车间人力资源优化配置支持系统,并建立了系统的体系结构、功能结构和运行流程,并对基于UML的系统设计等关键技术进行研究。最后,将该系统应用于某汽车零部件制造企业装配车间,取得良好应用效果。

Abstract:To meet the demands of human resource allocation and management in multi-assembly line shop driven by multi-production tasks in Multi-assembly Line Shop for Automotive parts Enterprise.Combined with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and other advanced management ideas,an optimal allocation of human resources system in Multi-assembly Line Shop for Automotive parts Enterprise was build.And the architecture,function and running mode of the system were studied.UML-based system design and other key technologies for research.This system was successfully applied in an automotive parts Enterprise in Wuhu,and good results were obtained.
