摘    要:电力二次系统中已经开始应用GPRS/CDMA通信手段,但直接接入GPRS/CDMA通道不能满足电监会5号令的安全防护要求.讨论了二次系统接入GPRS网络所面临的安全威胁和解决思路,主要针对GPRS网络的接入方式、GPRS通道的安全威胁、目前采取的防护手段等问题进行探讨,并提出了防护对策,包括应用数字证书、数据加密、防火墙和安全隔离技术等技术手段的解决方案.
