当前国际钢铁工业的发展趋势

介绍了９０年代以来世界钢铁工业不景气的情况下，为适应市场变化，国际上各钢铁企业采取了与以往不同的战略和经营策略。特别是发展小钢厂、改造后工序、改进劳动组织和工资制度、分流主体、开展多种经营等，成为当前国际钢铁工业发展的总的趋势。这对我国钢铁工业的发展或许具有一定指导意义。

DEVELOPMENT TREND ON CURRENT WORLD IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY

This paper describes the new strategy and marketing tactics,which have beenadopted by the enterprises of the world iron and steel industry,to cope with changes in theinternational market under the environment of depression in steel industry since the beginning of1990s,The author pointed out that the development of minimills,modification in the down streamprocesses,restructure of organization and wages system, streamlining production units and toengaging in diversification have become a general trend in the development of the world steelindustry. It probably may be of certain significance to the development of China's iron and steel hdustry.
