| 摘 要： | 对装船机悬臂俯仰装置在工作中产生异响的原因进行了分析。以此为基础，提出了俯仰铰点实现自润滑的改造方案，并经理论分析和现场实验，证实了自润滑改造方案的优越性。该方案可供从事重型设备俯仰铰点设计的工作者参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the reason that causes the abnormal noise of the boom luffing device of ship loader , a remaking plan is put forward to make the boom pin self-lubricate. The advantage of the rebuilding program has been confirmed by theoretical analysis and field test. It has a good reference for the designer of boom pin of heavy equipment. |
