摘    要:在自行开发的多功能超临界流体车取分馏装置上对辣椒红色素脱辣精制和天然鱼油提纯EPA和DHA进行了研究.结果表明,对不同物系采用不同溶剂和操作模式的超临界流体车取分烟方法可在较低压力下获得满意的分离结果.为使研究成果应用于实际,一套350立升中试装置正在建设中.

Abstract:In a self-made supercritical fluid extraction and fractionation (SFEF)apparatus , separation of red chilli colour from capsicum oleoresin and purification of natural polyunsatuated fatty acids such as EPA and DHA from fish oil were studtal. An excellet purifying result was achieved under lower exhacting pressure by using different kinds of solvent and pressure control models . A SFEF pilot-plant with extiacting volume of 350L is in building.
