摘    要:钐钴永磁材料应用在高速大容量永磁励磁机上,可以多方面改善永磁电机的性能。本文就152kVA钐钴永磁副励磁机的结构设计、永磁材料的选择、优化设计、制造工艺以及试验等内容进行了探讨。整机试验结果表明,采用的结构充分地利用了钐钴永磁的特点,采取合理的加工工艺和装配工艺等研制的永磁副励磁机的各项指标均满足600MW大型汽轮发电机组励磁系统的要求,为今后开发更大容量的永磁副励磁机打下良好的基础。

Abstract:The Application of SmCo permanent-magnet material to high-speed large SmCo permanent-magnet sub-exciter can improve property of permanent-magnet electric machine in many ways. The construction design, choice of permanent- magnet material, optimized design, fablication technology and test of 152 kVA SmCo permanent-magnet sub-exciter are inquired into Test results of this sub-exciter show, that the employed construction can sufficiently make use of the fentures of SmCo permanent-magnet All indexes of the sub-exciter, the machining and assembling technologies could meet the requirements of excita- tion system for 600MW turbogenerator and laid a good foundation for further developing of large permant-magnet sub-exciter.
