高职法学教育应强化职业技能培养——兼论高职法学教育模式改革

移植于传统法学本科教育的高职法学教育教育理念模糊、教育手段与方法单一,过于注重理论而轻视实践教学,导致学生法律实证分析和实践操作能力低下。为适应社会对法学人才的需求,法学高职教育必须改变传统教育理念、更新教学方法,完善实践教学体系,注重对学生综合素质和实践能力的培养,以实现培养国家需要的高素质法律人才的目标要求。

Professional Skills should be Strengthened in Law Education in Vocational Colleges

Law education in vocational colleges,which is implanted from the traditional law education of undergraduate universities,is vague in education and teaching concept,single in education measures and methods and pay excessive attention to theory but inadequate to practice training.Consequently,students are not adept at legal empirical analysis and practical operation.In order to meet the social demand for professional law talents,we should change the traditional teaching concept,renovate teaching method,perfect practical teaching system and emphasize the training of comprehensive quality and practical skills.
