| Abstract: | Implementation of the separation of the power plant from the electrical network,the reorganization of electricity generation and the electrical network enterprise,the implementation of competing the step to access to the net and the establishment of electric power market system and the operation mechanism under government supervising and managing to conform to the Chinese national condition is the socialist market economy's objective request.The electric power market technical support system must satisfy the electric power market operation request.This article,from the structure composition and the function request,to the practical application and so on several aspects will analysis and discussios. |
