摘    要:给出制造装备主轴优化设计及其软件的设计思想。该软件供车床、铣床等制造装备主轴部件的一组结构参数作优化设计,软件的功能广,可为两支承或三支承的主轴部件设计,又可把主轴支承变形量计入或不计入主轴刚度计算中,主轴的工作状况、支承类型及结构条件都可由制造装备性能的需要作实时选择。用软件包设计,使主轴部件具有最佳刚度,它与人工设计方法相比,不仅设计质量高,而且可提高设计效率达百倍以上,经实例验证并取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:Optimal design and its software of spindle bearing system for manufacturing equipments are provided in this paper.Emphasis of this paper lies in the development a software to design the optimal structural parameters for spindle of the lathe,milling machine and other manufac turing equipments. The functions of the developed software are very wide.It can be used to design the main spindle with two or three supports and also can be used to calculate the stiffness of spindle either with or without considering the deflection of bearing supports.In order to suit the needs of specific machine tools,the working condition,the kinds of spindle support and the structure requirements can be selected in real time.The best stiffness of spindle can be obtained by this developed software. Compared with manual design,the optimal design has many advantages that the quality is not only higher,but also the effi ciency can be raised over hundred times.Through the practical cases the pretty good results are varified.
