| 摘 要： | 通过对火电、水电和风电上网价格上的比较，并考虑诸多影响风电电价的环境、政策因素，分析其对风电电价的影响、提出降低风电电价可采取的优惠政策，以改善现有风电开发条件，促进风电业的发展。

| Abstract: | In accordance with price comparation among hydropower,windpower and thermal power and the relevant environment and policy which affected power price,this paper analyzed the factors affecting wind power price and put forwand the favourable policy to reduce the price so that the wind power development condition could be improve and the wind power industry developed. |
