摘    要:为评价和改进产品族设计方案,在分析和归纳产品族设计概念和流程的基础上,构建了产品族设计方案评价指标体系,并根据定性指标和定量指标的特点,结合层次分析法和物元分析理论,采用多维物元关联模型对产品族设计方案进行评价。最后,以一家脚轮生产企业为例进行验证,说明该方法不仅能评价产品族设计方案的综合水平,还能找出评价指标的优势和劣势,具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract:To evaluate and improve scheme of Product Family Design(PFD),evaluation index system for scheme of PFD was put forward based on analysis and summary of PFD concepts and its processes.According to qualitative and quantitative characteristics of index,combining Analytic Hierarchy Prcocess(AHP)and extension analysis theory,and using multidimensional matter-element relative model,the scheme of PFD was evaluated.Finally,a case of caster manufacturing enterprise was given to prove feasibility and significance of this method,which not only reflected general level on scheme of PFD,but also located superiority and inferiority of evaluation index.
