UG环境下复杂刀具三维参数化建模研究

摘    要:通过对矩形花键滚刀三维参数化建模过程的分析,提出了将特征参数化和草图参数化结合进行三维建模的方法。借助表达式工具建立齿型曲线,利用草图功能绘制完整齿廓,并通过布尔运算生成刀具实体,实现了复杂刀具的参数化三维建模。

Abstract:By analyzing the 3D parametric molding process of the rectangular flower-key slot rolling tool, the 3D-molding method of combining parametric features with parametric sketch is put forward. The rolling-tool tooth curves are generated by expression tool, the complete teeth are drawn by means of sketch function, and the 3D tool mold is created through bool operation, the 3D parametric molding of the complicated tool is realized.
