辐照交联阻燃形状记忆标识套管的研制

摘    要:辐照交联阻燃形状记忆标识套管材料是用于电线电缆和电子元器件标识领域的高分子形状记忆材料。本文选择合适的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)作为基体,十溴二苯乙烷、氧化锑和氢氧化镁作为复合阻燃剂,研究了辐照交联阻燃形状记忆标识套管材料的配方,通过混炼造粒、挤出成型、辐照交联、真空扩张和整平包装,获得了符合美军标AMS-DTL-23053和SAE-AS81531的形状记忆标识套管材料。

Abstract:Irradiation cross-linking flame-retardant shape memory marker sleeves belongs to polymer shape memory material which is used to mark wire,cables and electronic components.In this paper,right resin ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA),composite flame-retardant agent decabromodiphenyl ethane,antimony oxide and magnesium hydroxide were selected.Composition of irradiation cross-linking flame-retardant shape memory marker sleeves were studied,the product that meets to the American Military Standard AMS-DTL-23053 and SAE-AS81531 was achieved by compounding,extruding,cross-linking,expanding and planishing.
