焦化废水混凝后处理研究

摘    要:焦化废水是冶金行业中较难处理的污水之一。叙述了通过应用聚合氯化铝(PSC)、聚合氯化铝(PSC)+聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)复配、聚合氯化铝(PSC)+硫酸铝(PS)复配3种复合混凝剂工艺对焦化废水后处理的实验室实验及工业应用研究,确定的各种混凝药剂的最佳投加量、最佳的pH值和温度。指出,这种复合混凝剂工艺对焦化废水后处理既经济又高效,可使处理后的焦化废水达标排放。

Abstract:Coking wastewater is one of the sewage which is the most difficult to treat in metallurgy.Its biochemistry is difficult to deal with,the treatment process is complex and operating costs is high.Only by biological treatment,COD and other contamination indexes are difficult to reach standards.Therefore,an economical and efficient coagulation Pharmacy was developed, Materialized coagulation methods was used to disposal biodegradation of sewage which could reach standards and the protection of the water environment was of great significance.In this paper,PAC,PAC and PAM complex,PAC and aluminum sulfate complex were used in treatment which was after coking sewage.Through the study of laboratory test and industrial test of Sewage treatment station of Limited was arrived at the best coagulation pharmaceutical dosage,the best pH and temperature.
