直流输电系统100 Hz保护Ⅰ段误动问题仿真分析

摘    要:利用RTDS及直流输电控制保护装置系统模拟再现了天广直流“2·14”100Hz保护Ⅰ段误动问题,并分别针对天广、高肇和兴安直流100Hz保护Ⅰ段进行仿真试验,试验结果表明,100Hz保护Ⅰ段延时设置值存在一个有效上限值,若设定值超过该有效上限值时将导致延时功能失效。

Abstract:With the RTDS (real-time digital simulator) and the DC transmission control & protection equipments, the "2.14" mal-operation of stage Ⅰ of 100 Hz protection in Tian-Guang HVDC transmission system is simulated, and simulation studies on the stage Ⅰ of 100 Hz protections of Tian-Guang, Gui-Guang, Gui-Guang Ⅱ line HVDC transmission systems are carried out. The results show that there is an upper limit value for the time delay parameter of stage Ⅰ of 100 Hz protection. If the setting is over the limit value, the time delay function of the protection will be invalid.
