摘    要:分别采用共沉淀法、聚乙二醇(PEG)辅助沉淀法和PEG辅助沉淀一浸渍法制备了3种Cu基催化剂,并于固定床反应器中分别评价了3种催化剂在CO2加氢合成甲醇反应中的催化性能,考察了催化剂的热稳定性和加氢反应温度对催化剂性能的影响,并进行了催化稳定性试验及催化剂的表征。实验结果表明:PEG辅助沉淀-浸渍法制备的cu—zn—Al—La催化剂具有较好的催化性能、热稳定性和催化稳定性。在沉淀过程中引入PEG能够提高还原态催化剂表面cu的比表面积,再通过表面浸渍La后,使催化剂表面有利于CO2吸附,并使表面参与反应的碱性位数量增加、吸附能力增强,进而提高了催化剂的催化性能。

Abstract:Three Cu-based catalysts are prepared by coprecipitation, polyethylene glycol (PEG)-assisted precipitation and PEG-assisted precipitation-impregnation methods, respectively, and evaluated in CO2 hydrogenation to methanol in fixed bed reactor. Effects of heating treatment of catalysts in situ, reaction temperatures and run time on catalytic performances are investigated, and the related characterizations are also carried out. The results show that Cu-Zn-Al-La catalyst, prepared by PEG-assisted precipitation-impregnation method, displays better catalytic performance, thermal stability and catalytic stability due to higher Cu active specific surface area, which resuhs from the assistance of PEG in the course of coprecipitation, and more suitable basic sites, which generated by introduction of La on the surface of Cu-Zn-Al catalyst.
