| 摘 要： | 1500 m3/h高纯氮设备在检修后的启动过程中,由于设备原因和操作不当,出现了加温气温度不升高、主换热器压差和氮气纯度波动范围增大等故障。简介1500 m3/h高纯氮设备的工艺流程和故障现象,分析故障发生的原因及其处理措施。

| Abstract: | During start of 1500 m3 /h high-pure nitrogen equipment after repair,due to the fault of equipment and the improper operation,the temperature of heating air fails to elevate and the nitrogen purity fluctuates greatly.Here,the technical process and trouble of 1500 m3 /h high-pure nitrogen equipment are briefed,the possible causes are analyzed,and the corrective measures are described. |
