中国石化集团其他劳动用工形式风险剖析

由于历史和现实原因，中国石化集团劳动用工体系中除正式用工的形式以外，其他劳动用工形式约占用工总量的1／3。多种劳动用工形式的构成使企业管理存在较多风险。《劳动合同法》颁布实施后，如何规范其他劳动用工已成为迫切问题。对中国石化集团在其他劳动用工方面存在的问题及潜在风险进行分析，目的在于引发企业管理者及人力资源主管部门对规范使用其他劳动用工问题的思考，为解决问题和制定对策提供依据。

Risk Analysis of Other Employment Forms in SINOPEC Group

Because of historic and real present reasons, beside full time employment there are other employment forms in employment system in SINOPEC Group which constitute one third of total employment. In management in enterprise there exists much risk for these mult - employment. After the implementation of （Labor A Act）） ,how tostandardize other employment forms has become urgent. Anaylyzed the existing problems and potential risks in other employment forms so as to initiate management and personel resources department to think about them provide basis for solving problems and working out pooicy.
