| 摘 要： | 通过增加1台立式滗析器,对中国石油兰州石化公司15kt/a丁腈橡胶装置腈水提浓系统进行改造。改造后经提浓的丙烯腈质量分数大于90%,可直接用于聚合反应;单体转化率基本达到73%左右;产品质量提高,生产成本降低。

| Abstract: | By adding a vertical decantor,remoulding of acrylonitrile-water concentration system was performed in nitrile rubber plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina.After remoulding,mass fraction of concentrated acrylonitrile was more than 90% and could be reused directly in the copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile.The monomer conversion could reach 73%.The quality of products was improved and production cost was reduced. |
