聚对苯乙炔发光二极管的研究

摘    要:本文通过分析PPV薄膜不同侧面的发光光谱和强度及PPV薄膜制备过程对聚合程度的影响,得出PPV薄膜的光致发光主要源于下层薄膜附近的区域;而二极管的电致发光区域主要集中在钙电极附近,并且随偏压的增加而向钙膜移动。同时还研究了Al膜在防止Ca膜的氧化和提高二极管寿命方面的作用。

Abstract:The photoluminescent spectra and intensity from different sides of PPV film are compared. It is observed that emissive intensity and ratio of emissive peak at 515 urn to that at 550 um from the bottom of PPV film are higher than those from surface of PPV, which is attributed to the dependance of PPV conjugated degree and emission efficiency on its position in film, and the PPV emission efficiency near the bottom of PPV is relatively higher. The electroluminescent spectra at different bias voltage are also compared. The ratio of emissive peak at slsnm to that at 550 urn decreases with the increases of bias voltage. The reason is that electron and hole recombina.tive and radiative emission area is close to the Ca film as the bias voltage increases. The proctection of Al film coated on Ca against oxidation is also studied.
