彩钢夹芯板屋面与墙面排板的优化设计

近几年,彩钢夹芯板以其外形美观、轻质高强、安装快捷、可随意切割、防水效果好等特殊优点被大量应用于轻型钢结构厂房的屋面与墙面。彩钢夹芯板是连续成型生产的,宽度一般有1150mm、820mm和760mm等固定型号,长度可由施工单位根据工程图纸要求确定后向加工厂家定制。施工前应精确的确定所需夹芯板的长度与数量,防止由于计算不准确引起重复买板或板数过多造成的工期拖延或板块浪费。在长期的施工过程中,我们总结了排板布置法,即为利用工程图纸中所给出的平、立面图及厂房坡度、彩钢夹芯板宽度等一系列条件,在施工前绘制排板布置图,然后根据布置图得出夹芯板的长度和数量。根据布置图施工可以提高施工进度,减少施工失误,取得了较好的经济效益与社会效益。
