锆交联累托土制备及其用于催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯的研究

摘    要:制备了锆交联累托土Zr CLR、SO4 2 -/Zr CLR。采用XRD、IR、TGA和DTA等分析手段对催化剂进行表征 ,并将其应用于催化合成TBC。结果表明 ,锆交联使得累托土的d0 0 1增大了 0 4 12nm ,结构坍塌的温度提高了 86℃ ,SO4 2 -的引入使得催化剂在 5 0 0℃焙烧时出现了SO4 2 -/ZrO2 螯合双配位的固体酸结构。在TBC的合成中 ,SO4 2 -/Zr CLR显示出良好的催化活性和稳定性 ,转化率达到 95 6 3%,反复使用 5次活性仅下降了 4 17%。

Abstract:Zr cross-linked rectorite catalysts(Zr-CLR) and their SO 4 2- improvevs (SO 4 2- /Zr-CLR) were prepared and characterized by means of XRD?IR?TGA and DTA. The results showed that, compared with uncross-linked rectorite, the Zr-CLR had larger basal spacing(△d 0.01 =0.412nm) and higher collapsing temperature(△T=86℃),and the chelating ligand structure of solid acid(SO 4 2- /ZrO 2) had appeared in SO 4 2- /Zr-CLR calcinated at 500℃. SO 4 2- /Zr-CLR exhibited high activity and good stability in the synthesis of TBC. It made the conversion of citric acid up to 95.63% and only decreased by 4.17% after five runs.
