摘    要:针对输油管产生的应力腐蚀裂纹,用光学显微镜观察其显微组织,并且直读光谱仪和透射电子显微镜对材料的成分和裂纹尖端处的腐蚀产物进行了分析,证实了产生应力腐蚀裂纹的原因。并用超低碳含Mo的不锈钢提高使用寿命,经2a多的运行得到了较好的效果。

Abstract:The stress corrosion crack of the oil delivery pipe is analyzed by optical microscopy, and the constituent and the corrosion products yielded at the crack tip are analyzed by direct reading spectrograph and TEM. The causes of stress corrosion cracking are given. The ultra low carbon stainless steel containing Mo is found to be better for improving the service life and a good effect is obtained after two year application.
