| 摘 要： | 马钢新区2台360m^2烧结机同时设计、同时施工、同时投产，总图布置紧凑，场地面积利用率高。采用厚料层烧结工艺，带冷机废气余热回收，炼钢污泥及除尘灰综合利用，烧结过程自动控制等技术。主体设备烧结机采用不对称BFT型拉杆式半悬挂结构的多点啮合柔性传动；设计开发了国内最大的水平式带冷机。
