摘    要:某电厂4号锅炉自投产以来一直存在一次风管磨损严重,一次风速偏差较大的问题。文中分析一次风管磨损和一次风速偏差的机理,提出将一次风管直径由原来的426 mm增加到480 mm的改造措施。改造后的一次风管磨损显著降低,一次风速偏差减小,一次风机节电效果明显。

Abstract:No.4 boiler in one power plant has always suffered severe abrasion on primary air dust and high deviation of primary air velocity since it put into operation.Based on analyzing the mechanism of abrasion and air velocity deviation,this article presents improvement by increasing the diameter of primary air duct from 426mm to 480mm.After modification,the abrasion and the air velocity deviation are dramatically reduced and the power-saving effect of primary air fan is exciting.
