白云鄂博东部接触带含铌白云岩矿物组成及Nb2O5赋存状态的研究

摘    要:为较好地利用白云鄂博矿的铌资源,对白云鄂博东部接触带含铌白云岩的矿物组成及Nb2O5的赋存状态进行了研究,结果表明,该白云岩中的主要工业铌矿物为铌钙矿、黄绿石和铌铁矿,这3种矿物的Nb2O5占有率高达92.10%,且它们与铁矿物及主要脉石矿物的磁性或密度有较大差异。据此,采用重选-反浮选-弱磁选-酸浸工艺进行选矿试验,获得了含Nb2O5 36.48%的铌精矿和含铁65.42%、含Nb2O5 1.15%的低铌铁精矿。研究成果为白云鄂博铌资源的开发利用提供了重要的依据。

Abstract:To well utilize the niobium resource of Baiyunebo Mine, research was made on the mineral composition and Nb2O5 occurrence state of niobium- bearing dolomite in the eastern contact belt of Baiyunebo Mine. The results show that the main niobium minerals in this dolomite include fersmite, pyrochlore and columbite, which contribute as high as 92.1% Nb2O5 of the dolomite and have great difference in magnetism and density from iron minerals and main gangue minerals, Therefore, a beneficiation test was made using a technological flowsheet consisting of gravity separation, reverse flo- tation, low intensity magnetic separation and acidic leaching, which obtained a niobium concentrate containing 36.48% Nb2O5 and an iron concentrate containing 65.24% iron and 1.15% Nb2O5. The research achievement has provided an important basis for the exploitation and utilization of the niobium resource of Baiyunebo Mine.
