| 摘 要： | 工程机械的工作环境一般都比较差,转向较为频繁,因此对转向器的转向性能要求很高,可以说工程机械转向器的好坏直接决定了该机械性能的优劣.在全液压转向器检测台的控制系统中,以三菱FX2N型PLC作为控制系统的核心,以MCGS工控组态软件作为可视操作界面和PLC数据的最终处理工具.利用MCGS可实时显示和复现各测试块的特性曲线,同时对全液压转向器的特性实时监测并作出最终判断.
