摘    要:通过对同一塑件两种截然不同的模具斜顶杆机构的比较,着重介绍一种新型的斜顶杆机构,并进一步对该新型斜顶杆机构的加工工艺、使用效果、模具寿命几方面进行了详实的阐述,充分展示了该斜顶杆机构的新颖性和优越性。经过生产验证,该斜顶杆机构设计巧妙,动作可靠,模具使用寿命长,塑件质量稳定,完全能达到技术要求。

Abstract:Through the comparisons of the two far different angle ejector machine of the same plastic part,a novel angle ejector machine is highlighted in this paper,and furthermore the producing technics,the application affects and the usage life of new machine are discussed in detail,which shows its superiority.Verified by practical production,the angle ejector machine which features delicate design,reliable action,the mould as well as long using time and plastic part stable quality totally satisfy the technological demands.
