A Study of Urban Road Maintenance Management Evaluation System & Its Evaluation Index

It is a realistic task to improve urban road maintenance management level for municipal engineering administration departments. The evaluation index function, layout principle and influence factors of maintenance management are introduced in the paper. The evaluation index is a concentrated expression of road, vehicle and pedestrian in urban traffic, and it is composed of road technique index （pavement condition, running quality, pavement structure capacity and anti-sliding performance） and social effect comprehensive evaluation index （information management, road temporary occupation rate, civilized-construction rate and degree of social satisfaction）.
