摘    要:采用连续反应-再生催化裂化中型实验装置研究了重油催化裂化提升管反应器内干气与焦炭的生成规律。结果表明,干气和焦炭的生成主要发生在提升管反应器底部的油剂混合反应初期,而提升管反应器后半段的催化剂整体活性状况及高温反应环境对干气和焦炭的生成也存在一定的影响;而降低再生剂温度、提高剂/油质量比、减少再生剂与原料油接触温差有利于降低干气与焦炭产率,在相同转化率下可以获得更高的轻质油收率和液收率。

Abstract:The formation of dry gas and coke in riser reactor for RFCC process was investigated at a riser pilot plant. The experimental results show that dry gas and coke chiefly generate at the bottom of riser where hot catalysts initially contact oil droplets, and the situation of low-activity coked catalyst and high temperature at the back half of the riser also influence the formation of dry gas and coke in some extent. However, lowering the temperature of regenerated catalysts while enhancing catalyst-to-oil ratio could be beneficial to reduce dry gas and coke and improve the yields of light oil and total liquid products at the similar feed conversion.
