十四烷酸异丙酯在疏水性化妆品微生物检验中的应用

摘    要:参考《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中疏水性化妆品供试液的制备方法,同时参考《中国药典》(2010年版)微生物限度检查项下非水溶性样品供试液的制备方法制备2份供试液,再以金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠埃希菌、黑曲霉和白色念珠菌为实验菌株,对2份供试液进行菌落计数方法学验证,考察十四烷酸异丙酯能否在疏水性化妆品微生物检验中应用。结果表明,十四烷酸异丙酯能溶解分散疏水性化妆品,同时可去除化妆品中的一些抑菌成分,提高实验菌株的回收率和检出率。

Abstract:According to the sample preparation method in Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics(2007 edition),and the sample preparation method for water insoluble sample under the section for limit of microbial in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition),two solution samples were prepared.Then,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli,Aspergillus niger and Candida albican were used as test strains,validation of the two prepared samples were carried out with colony count methodology to examine whether application of isopropyl myristate in microbiological testing of the hydrophobic cosmetics is feasible and useful.Results showed that isopropyl myristate can dissolve and disperse hydrophobic cosmetics,may inhibit some of the antibacterial component in cosmetics to enhance the recovery rate of the strains,as well as to improve detection efficacy of the microbial in hydrophobic cosmetics.
