大采高长壁综采技术在厚煤层开采中的应用

摘    要:嵩阳东升(登封)煤业有限公司15104工作面煤层平均厚5.5 m,采用大采高综采技术进行开采。通过现场实测,分析了工作面矿压显现规律,并对大采高工作面煤壁片帮与设备倾倒、下滑问题进行了探讨,在此基础上介绍了开采方法与液压支架的选型。研究表明,支架工作阻力选择合理,呈正态分布状态,能够有效控制工作面的围岩稳定。

Abstract:The average thickness of coal seam on 15104 working face in Songyang Dongsheng(Dengfeng)Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is 5.5 m,and large mining height fully-mechanized mining technology was used on this working face.This paper analysed the strata behavior regularity of the working face,and explored the rib spalling problems of coal wall with the dumping and downslide in equipment on large mining height fully-mechanized face.The mining method and the selection of hydraulic supports were also introduced.Studies show that,the selection of supports′ working resistance is reasonable,and working resistance shows a normal distribution state,and can effectively control the stability of surrounding rock.
