机械压力机低速锻冲急回机构运动特性的研究

摘    要:在分析通用机械压力机曲柄连杆滑块工作机构运动特性存在不足的基础上,提出研制一种具有低速锻冲急回特性的新机构十分必要,指出了该低速锻冲急回机构应满足的五点要求。介绍了目前常见的低速锻冲急回机构——负偏置机构、连杆曲线型六杆机构、齿轮连杆组合机构、椭圆齿轮机构和双曲柄串连机构等的运动特性、优缺点及其适用场合。明确指出双曲柄串联曲柄滑块机构综合性能最好,并介绍了该机构在开式机身闭式传动曲轴纵放的800kN通用机械压力机上的应用。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing disadvantages of the crank link slide mechanism of the current general purpose mechanical press,it has been explicitly pointed out that it is necessary to R&D a new mechanism of forging-stamping with low-speed and quick-return motion.The two approaches of realizing forging-stamping with low-speed and quick-return motion have been obtained by discussing the whole operation of the mechanical press,then the mechanisms have been divided into two types of variable angular velocity type and uniform speed multi-link rod type.The five requirements that the new mechanism should satisfy with have been put forward and expounded respectively.The dynamic characteristics of the five types of current mechanisms used in reality--negative offset crank link slide mechanism,link curve type mechanism,gear and link rod combination mechanism,elliptic gear mechanism,double-crank series connection mechanism,have been explored respectively with definition given to their cases used in industry.Results have shown that the double-crank series connection mechanism possessed wider performance than other mechanisms,and it should be popularized and applied to industrial practice and it has been applied to a 800 kN mechanical press with open-type frame and closed type driving unit and the crank shaft installed along longitude i.e.perpendicular to front of the press,hence the solid foundation for enhancing the level of mechanical press of our country in researching low-speed forging-punch mechanical being laid.
