流化床反应器的流动模型

摘    要:在理论分析的基础上,建立了流化床反应器的流动模型,给出了气体流速、床体尺寸、处理能力等参数的计算公式和判断内部流态化流型的依据。在此基础上,给出了1个模型的算例,并与文献给出的计算结果相比较,结果表明二者的符合性较好,根据模型计算得到的参数具有良好的合理性。该模型对使用流化床反应器炼铁有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:A flow model based on theoretic analysis was developed to represent FBR (Fluidized Bed Reactor).Some equations were given to confirm parameters of fluidized bed reactor, such as gas velocity, reactor size, and production capability and so on. A criterion was proposed to judge the fluidization regime. Results of the given example show good consistency with that of literature. Parameters result from above model is reasonable. The model provides a good guidance for fluidized bed reactor iron making process.
