异形板材自动放样及三维造型的研究与实践

摘    要:输电铁塔中含大量不规则异形板材,其结构特点决定了异形板材的设计方法主要是手工放大样,但此法效率低,质量差,给制造,装配带来很大的困难。本文采用嵌套算法和面域拉伸法,较好地解决了异形板材的自动放样及3维造型问题,系统放样采用VB6.0编写,并直接读取放样数据文件生成异形板材的3维立体图,实现了自动放样,3维造型联合输出入实时修改等功能。

Abstract:There are lots of special-shaped parts in the line towers. Due to the feature of their structure, it decides the mainly design method that is manual lofting, so it results in the low efficiency, poor quality, and makes the manufacture and assembly difficult. By adopting nested and region stretching method, this paper has well resolved the problem of auto lofting and three-dimension figure generating of special-shaped parts. With VB 6.0, it can loft automatically, output three-dimension figure and modify immediately.
