环氧树脂生产中回收环氧氯丙烷含量降低的原因

摘    要:二步加碱法生产双酚A型环氧树脂的过程中,随着配料批次增加,循环使用的环氧氯丙烷含量会逐渐降低。如果采用同样质量的配比,产品质量中的软化点(或黏度)、环氧当量会逐渐升高。通过色谱分析,发现回收环氧氯丙烷(ECH)中甲苯含量在逐步升高。经过改进相关操作,阻止甲苯进入回收系统,提高回收ECH纯度,即可达到优化生产,提高产品质量的目的。

Abstract:In bisphenol A epoxy production by two steps adding alkali,the coutent of cyclic epicyanohydrin used to decrease with increase of cyclic index and in this case the softening point and/or epoxide equivalent could be raissed.In the test,the toluene content in cyclic ECH was increased step by step.the toulene was stopped to come into cyclic ECH and the purity of ECH was increased by modifying operation process to optimize the production proess and to increase the quality.
