选择性激光烧结用复合尼龙粉的制备与性能

摘    要:采用溶剂沉析法制备了低熔点复合尼龙12基料,对其改性处理后获得适合于选择性激光烧结用的复合尼龙粉末。通过正交实验的方法对复合尼龙粉末的烧结工艺进行研究,得到优化的烧结工艺参数,探讨了烧结工艺参数对成型件烧结成型性能的影响,对复合尼龙粉及其烧结成型件进行了SEM分析,发现尼龙12烧结件的烧结精度和力学性能都得到了很大的改善。

Abstract:Nylon 12 composite powder with low melting point prepared by the method of solvent settling out is used as the basic material and it is modified by fillers to obtain powder for selective laser sintering. With the ortho-design experiment method, the sintering process of nylon composite powder is optimized. On this basis,the effects of sintering process parameters on properties of the parts are analyzed. Noted by SEM, this method can make nylon composite power sinter with high powder density, precision and mechanical properties.
