高炉碳砖抗铁水溶蚀性能的研究

摘    要:模拟高炉炉缸生产条件,研究了定量测定高炉碳砖的抗铁水溶蚀性能的方法。该方法实验证明,铁水温度升高、流动速度加快均能加速碳砖溶蚀,此外,碳砖质量对其溶蚀性能有极大的影响。提出了延长高炉寿命的措施。

Abstract:The method measuring the erosion resistance of BF carbon brick in molten iron has been researched by simulating BF hearth operation condition.The experimental study shows that the rate of erosion increases with the raising of temperature and movement velocity of molten iron.The quality of carbon brick has also a significant effect on its resistance to erosion. According to the experimental results, the measure to prolong BF hearth lifetime has been raised.
