基于C8051F002的温度控制系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种温度控制系统。以C8051F002单片机为核心,提出了系统结构;选用MAX3232芯片设计了单片机与测控计算机的接口电路;选用AD7416芯片设计了温度测量电路;通过单片机自带的2个12位DAC,设计了温度控制电路;介绍了主程序流程。通过温度传感器和半导体制冷器构成闭环控制系统,提高了控温精度;将该系统应用于某化学样品成分分析实验中,精度达到±0.5℃,满足实验要求。
