云南电网输电线路杆塔降阻措施的评价研究

摘    要:笔者对云南电网采用的线路杆塔接地电阻的降阻措施进行全面总结,并着重对降阻措施进行评价。通过首次采用杆塔接地电阻分级,开创性地提出了"单位降级投入成本"指标,将杆塔降阻改造投入成本与产生效果进行综合考虑,提出了实用的杆塔降阻效果评估的新方法。同时,采用"成本(C)/效用(B)"评价方法进行经济性分析,对杆塔降阻效果量化评估。笔者分别对常用的4种杆塔降阻措施进行综合分析,总结了各降阻措施的优缺点。分析结果表明,在综合考虑接地电阻、改造经济性分析、腐蚀情况等条件下,根据杆塔接地电阻的超标情况选择不同的降阻措施,进一步提出各种降阻措施的改造建议。

Abstract:Earth resistance reduction methods for the transmission line towers in Yunnan Power Grid are summarized and evaluated.By grading the tower earth resistance,an index of "unit degrading input cost" is introduced to synthetically consider the input cost and the profit,thus a new evaluation approach of tower earth resistance reduction methods is proposed.In addition,the "cost(C)/utility(B)" evaluation method is employed for economic analysis and quantitative evaluation of tower earth resistance reduction.Four commonly used tower earth resistance reduction methods are analyzed,and their advantages and disadvantages are evaluated with the proposed approach.The results show that,in comprehensive consideration of the earth resistance,the economic analysis of expansion and the corrosion condition,appropriate tower earth resistance reduction method should be selected according to the over-standard extent of the earth resistance.Moreover,some suggestions are offered for improvement of the conventional earth resistance reduction methods.
