电场作用下保护渣的结晶性能

摘    要: 阐述了直流和交流电场对保护渣结晶过程的影响,并结合XRD以及矿相对其进行了分析。结果表明:在直流电场1~3V作用下,保护渣晶粒尺寸随电压升高而逐渐变大,而在交流电场1~3V作用下晶粒尺寸随电压升高而逐渐变小。直流和交流电场都能有效促进保护渣结晶,提高保护渣的结晶率。在电场作用下保护渣并没有生成新的物相,只是各种物相的析出量发生了改变。

Abstract:The effect of DC and AC electric filed on crystallization behavior of mold fluxes was expounded,and the mineral compositions of the mold fluxes were analyzed by XRD and microscopic observation.The results show that: the crystal size of mold fluxes gradually grows larger with voltage rising under DC electric field(1-3 V),but the crystal size gradually becomes smaller with voltage rising under AC electric field(1-3 V).The DC and AC electric filed can effectively promote the crystalline degree of mold flux and raise the crystallization ratio.Under electric filed,no new phases are generated in mold fluxes,but the precipitation amount of phases changes.
