| 摘 要： | 笔者基于目前混乱的电能质量评估现状,通过模拟实测数据分析了电能质量测试数据的不同评估方法及其对应评估结果的差异,给出了各种评估方法的应用领域及其使用条件,通过分析比较提出了x%概率大值与最大值相结合的电能质量评估方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the confusion conditions of power quality assessment status,this paper analyzes the different PQ assessment methods corresponding related results by modeling a set of power quality field measurement data,and unveils the limitations of conventional methods(e.g.RMS aggregation method,mere x% probability percentile method),all above this,from comparison technical approach,the paper provides that x% probability percentile value plus max value is the technical and economical method of power quality assessment. |
