有限元法分析金属杂质对电力电容器元件内部电场的影响

摘    要:用试验方法直接研究杂质对电力电容器元件内部电场的影响难度大,所以在考虑极板边缘结构的情况下,运用分析结构复杂模型有优势的有限元法进行电场仿真计算。通过有限元法对元件内部电场的计算结果以及电容器的实际运行经验,验证了改进元件模型的合理性。通过仿真计算结果,得到了不同粒径的金属杂质位于不同位置对电场分布的影响规律,为提高电容器的绝缘设计及生产工艺奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:It is difficult for experimental methods be used in directly investigating the effects of impurities on internal electric field of power capacitors.In this paper,considering the structure of plate edge,the finite element analysis is adopted for electric field simulation.Simulation of the internal field and the actual operation experence of power capacitors verify the rationality of the improved capacitor element model proposed in this paper.Simulation results illustrate the effects of metal impurities with different diameters and at different locations on the electric field distribution in a capacitor.
